Can I choose my mover?
Movers are automatically assigned based on availability, location, and job requirements. All movers are reviewed and approved by Tingsapp before they can accept jobs, and customers rate them after every move.
Can I book a last-minute or urgent move?
Next-day moves are often available, depending on mover availability in your area; same-day bookings are not available. You can check real-time availability in the app and book up to 30 days ahead.
Can I move just a few items?
Yes — you can book small moves or single-item deliveries such as furniture, appliances, or boxed items.
How far in advance can I schedule a move?
You can schedule moves up to 30 days in advance. Booking early gives you better availability and time options.
How long does it take to book a move?
